the song that the morning brings"

individual, couples, and family therapy
Dr. Baine Craft
At Harbor Light Mental Health, PLLC, I help individuals, couples, and families move toward greater clarity, emotional connection, intimacy, and psychological well-being using evidence-based therapies such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Couples Therapy, Marriage Counseling, & Sex Therapy
I specialize in couples therapy, marriage counseling, and sex therapy for couples experiencing communication problems, emotional disconnection, sexual anxiety, compulsive sexual behavior (including what is sometimes referred to as sex addiction or porn addiction), betrayal, erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation, pelvic pain, desire discrepancy (mismatched or low libido), and avoidance of physical intimacy related to shame or trauma. My work is informed by contemporary sex therapy and AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists) principles that emphasize emotional safety, attachment, communication, consent, embodiment, and meaningful sexual connection. I help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen both emotional and physical intimacy, particularly during periods of stress, transition, or relational strain.
Individual Therapy: Anxiety, OCD, Sexual Health, & Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
In individual therapy, I specialize in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), compulsive sexual behaviors (including sex addiction and porn addiction), and neurodiversity-affirming support for ADHD and autism. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults experiencing panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, phobias, compulsive behaviors, chronic anxiety, shame, overwhelm, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I also support clients exploring questions of meaning, faith, spirituality, and personal values.
I hold a PhD in Experimental Psychology and bring over 20 years of experience as a university professor and researcher into my clinical work. My approach is collaborative, practical, compassionate, and grounded in current psychological science.
Let me help you harbor light—and move toward greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment.
Walking with clients through life’s challenges with openness, curiosity, and sensitivity to diversity, personal values, and spiritual exploration
